ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱسْتَوَىٰ
(yaitu) Yang Maha Pengasih, yang bersemayam di atas Arasy.
The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established.
