إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِيهِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ وَمَآ أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ

Ila firAAawna wamala-ihi fattabaAAooamra firAAawna wama amru firAAawna birasheed

To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not [at all] discerning.
