فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ

Faman tawalla baAAda thalikafaola-ika humu alfasiqoon

And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.
