وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ

Wallatheena hum li-amanatihimwaAAahdihim raAAoon

And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive
