وَٱتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ يُنصَرُونَ

Wattakhathoo min dooni Allahialihatan laAAallahum yunsaroon

But they have taken besides Allāh [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped.
