إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
Ithi al-aghlalu fee aAAnaqihimwassalasilu yushaboon
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
