وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَبَقُوٓا ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ

Wala yahsabanna allatheenakafaroo sabaqoo innahum la yuAAjizoon

And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allāh].
