فَمَا ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنتَصِرِينَ

Fama istataAAoo min qiyaminwama kanoo muntasireen

And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.
