وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ

Wa-innahu fee ommi alkitabi ladaynalaAAaliyyun hakeem

And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
