هَـٰذَا عَطَآؤُنَا فَٱمْنُنْ أَوْ أَمْسِكْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ

Hatha AAataona famnunaw amsik bighayri hisab

[We said], "This is Our gift, so grant or withhold without account."
