فَأَشَارَتْ إِلَيْهِ ۖ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِى ٱلْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا

Faasharat ilayhi qaloo kayfanukallimu man kana fee almahdi sabiyya

So she pointed to him. They said, "How can we speak to one who is in the cradle a child?"
