لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
La yasbiqoonahu bilqawliwahum bi-amrihi yaAAmaloon
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
