كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَـٰهُ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Kathalika salaknahu feequloobi almujrimeen
Thus have We inserted it [i.e., disbelief] into the hearts of the criminals.
