رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ كَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَ

Rubama yawaddu allatheenakafaroo law kanoo muslimeen

Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims.
