وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

Wafee amwalihim haqqun lissa-iliwalmahroom

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
