مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ
Ma yalfithu min qawlinilla ladayhi raqeebun AAateed
He [i.e., man] utters no word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].
