تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
Tanzeelu alkitabi mina AllahialAAazeezi alhakeem
The revelation of the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] is from Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
